Cancelling orders
Order Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel their orders within a specified cancellation period.
Eligibility for Order Cancellation: a. Standard Products: Orders for standard products that have not been personalized, customized, or specially manufactured for the customer are eligible for cancellation. b. Personalized/Customized Products: Orders for personalized or customized products may not be eligible for cancellation if production or customization has already begun or if the product is in the final stages of production.
Requesting Order Cancellation: Customers who wish to cancel their orders must contact our customer support team by phone or email. Please provide the order number and relevant details to assist us in processing your cancellation request efficiently.
Cancellation Confirmation: Upon successful cancellation of an order, customers will receive a cancellation confirmation email. It is the customer's responsibility to retain this confirmation as proof of cancellation.
Refunds for Canceled Orders: a. Prepaid Orders: If payment has been made for the canceled order, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase price minus any applicable cancellation fees or charges. b. Payment on Delivery (POD) Orders: If the order was placed with a payment on delivery option and has not been delivered yet, the customer will not be required to make any payment.

Late Cancellations: If a cancellation request is made after the specified cancellation period or after the product has entered the production or shipping process, cancellation fees may apply. Exceptions to Order Cancellation: a. Perishable Goods: Orders for perishable goods, such as fresh food or flowers, may not be eligible for cancellation due to their time-sensitive nature. b. Digital Products: Orders for digital products, such as downloadable software or media, may not be eligible for cancellation once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
